About Do's & Dye

We're a luxury salon with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere where clients feel taken care of and team members feel valued. Our focus is blonding, dimensional lived-in color, grey blending, and bridal hair + makeup. We're expanding into a gorgeous new space in Old Wethersfield, CT, a historic brick building with a dedicated bridal suite, and we're looking for awesome stylists like you to join us on this journey!

The Role

• 30+ hours a week

• Salon open Tuesday through Saturday

• Commission-based pay that grows as your clientele and skill grow

Who We're Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a stylist

• A passion for blonding and lived-in colors

• An eagerness to keep learning

• A desire to better yourself

• Strong ambition and drive

• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude

• A client-focused mindset and genuine care for the guest experience

• Bridal hair experience is a plus, or a genuine interest in building your bridal portfolio and working weddings
