Studio Policies
To ensure every appointment runs smoothly and feels relaxed for both clients and our team, we’ve outlined a few studio policies below. These guidelines help us stay on schedule, provide the best possible experience, and create a calm, respectful environment for everyone.

Appointments & Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred stylist and time. Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting the studio directly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This allows us to respect our stylists’ time and accommodate other clients when possible.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling, depending on the stylist’s schedule. If you’re running behind, please contact the studio as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Bridal & Event Services
Bridal and on-location services require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date. Due to the nature of wedding scheduling, Sunday services are reserved for weddings by appointment only.
Payments & Gratuity
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo for service payments and gratuity.
