I'd worked in salons that felt stiff, competitive, and quietly unwelcoming. But the second I was with my client, we'd find our rhythm. Laughing, talking, trusting each other, completely in our own little world. I'm grateful for the clients who could feel the difference between the salon around them and the space we created together in my chair. But that feeling lived in my chair. It didn't extend beyond it.

I wanted the entire space to hold that same energy, where you had consistency in your experience from the front desk to any stylist's chair. I wanted ease the second you walk in. That quiet sigh of relief that says I'm in the right place. You're not just here for the end result. The whole experience should leave you feeling lighter than you came in, and beautiful.

When I couldn't find it, I built it.

I opened Do's & Dye in February 2021, and from day one, the vision has remained the same.

Every appointment starts with a real consultation. We ask questions, we listen, and we repeat back what we heard so we're completely aligned before we begin. And it doesn't stop after your first visit. We check in every time, because your hair changes, your life changes, and what felt right six months ago might not be what you need today.

For our brides, that communication goes even deeper. Most of you have never done this before, and that's exactly why we're here. We'll walk you through the process, answer every question, help you understand what to expect, and be genuinely accessible along the way. You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening or feel like you're bothering anyone. That's our job, and we love doing it.
